Welcome to The Waffle by Belgaufra,
We are two brothers from the 4th generation of the Belgaufra family. By creating our new concept, “The Waffle by Belgaufra,” we hope to proudly continue our culinary heritage with a history spanning 70 years.
To meet the varied expectations of our customers, we have decided to diversify our products by offering sweet and savory Liège waffles, artisanal ice cream from “Concept Chocolate,” and Belgian drinks such as Richie and Valduc.

Belgaufra, is a family company specialized in the manufacture of waffle dough. The company was born from the desire to offer fresh and hot Liège waffles, to be tasted on the go. The dough is kneaded in an artisanal way in vintage kneading troughs, with a recipe unchanged for over 70 years. This authentic taste and this incomparable smell, plunge children and adults in a moment of sweetness that they will remember.
Enter Concept Chocolate and discover a realm where taste and symbolism blend together to leave room for dreams and refinement. Surprising, comforting, chocolate is always tempting! A gourmet harmony of aromas, flavors, fragrances and colors are offered to your lips and your heart. Caraques and pralines are there to be crunched. Taste with delight these little sweets and cocoa bean in our workshop in Brussels.
The fifties. A time of fun and innocence. Brigitte Bardot, doo-wop, hulahoops and… Ritchie; delicious, home-style lemonade. Happily sold in Belgium till the late 70’s, Ritchie then decided to take a well-earned holiday. Now Ritchie is back! As effervescent as the fabulous 50’s but with a 21st century taste. La brasserie Valduc perpétue la tradition brassicole en faisant renaître une brasserie située jadis à quelques jets de « bières » de la nôtre, la brasserie Meurice-Hanquet. La passion est le liant de notre projet qui s’insère dans une optique sociale et environnementale… pour un développement durable pour tous. Plus de 100 coopérateurs, véritables ambassadeurs de notre brasserie, nous soutiennent activement dans notre projet.

Des glaces et sorbets faits maison dans nos ateliers, des gaufres gourmandes signées The Waffle, des chocolats chauds maison, et des cafés d’exception torréfiés à Bruxelles. Chaque produit est naturel, sélectionné avec soin, et reflète notre savoir-faire artisanal.
